Hello, everyone! My name is Li Ming. I am 14 years old, and I am a student at No. 1 Middle School. I am excited to have this opportunity to introduce myself to all of you. My family consists of four members: my father, my mother, my younger sister, and me. We live in a small but cozy apartment in the city. My father is an engineer, and my mother is a teacher. They always encourage me to study hard and pursue my dreams.
I enjoy a variety of hobbies during my free time. One of my favorite pastimes is reading. I love reading fantasy novels and adventure stories because they allow me to explore different worlds and experiences. In addition to reading, I also play the guitar. Music has a special place in my heart, and I often spend my evenings practicing songs. Playing the guitar helps me relax and express my feelings. Besides these activities, I enjoy playing sports, especially basketball. I play on our school’s basketball team, and it has taught me the value of teamwork and discipline.
Academically, I am particularly interested in science and mathematics. I find it fascinating to learn how the world works through scientific principles and mathematical concepts. My favorite subject is physics because it explains the laws of nature and how things move. I often participate in science fairs and competitions, where I can put my knowledge to the test and learn from others. I believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and I am eager to discover more about the universe around me.
As for my future, I have big dreams. I aspire to become an engineer, just like my father. I want to contribute to society by working on innovative projects that can improve people’s lives. To achieve this goal, I understand that I need to study hard and gain as much knowledge as possible. I am determined to pursue a higher education and gain experience in the field of technology and engineering.
Lastly, I am thrilled to be a part of this school and meet new friends. I believe that friendships formed during school years are invaluable. I hope to learn from my classmates and share experiences that will help us grow together.
