Generation gap between parents and children

7、努力改进课堂教学，提高课堂活动的真实性和有效性。本学期，赵容老师，邓润兰老师等都前后上了研究课和我都上了研究课。这些课都从不同的侧面体现了学生的’合作学习、探究学习、自主学习，体现了语言的交际功能；培养了学生听说读写能力，归纳推理能力等。
8、从质量分析中找出提升空间：质量分析的目的是总结好的经验，并找出提升的空间。每次考试后， 都要进行横向纵向比较，分析考试的得与失，每次都对各题型的得失情况进行详尽的分析，明白教学的差距在哪，教师本身的教学策略是否需要调整、怎么调整、学生的潜力在哪等，从而找到师生提升的空间，实现整体进步。
总之，初二教育教学工作任务重，但是，有学校的正确领导，有那么多有经验的老师的帮助。而且本组人员团结一致，互研合作，谦虚认真，辛勤耕耘，不断探讨科学的教学方法，我们有信心取得好成绩。
